Milpark Education is a registered Private Higher Education Institution offering business management education that focuses on the areas of management and leadership, financial planning and insurance, and banking across South Africa and in other parts of Africa.<\/p>\n
Milpark offers full-time, part-time and distance learning Higher Education (HE) and Further Education and Training (FET) qualifications, as well as career-focused short courses. The higher education qualifications offered start at NQF level 5, extend into levels 6 and 7, and culminate in the Master of Business Administration (MBA) at NQF level 8. Our short-term qualifications cover the spectrum from NQF level 5 through to NQF level 7.<\/p>\n

\nThis position is available in Milpark College. The Amended Senior Certificate (also called the Adult Matric) allow for students over the age of 21 to complete their matric qualification. The ideal candidate for this position must have teaching experience at Grade 11 and 12 level, in one or more of the subjects.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022Be available to answer tutor queries.
\n\u2022Assess students\u2019 progress throughout tutoring sessions.
\n\u2022Provide feedback to students using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage, motivate, or build confidence in students.
\n\u2022Communicate students\u2019 progress to students on Milpark\u2019s online learning platform.
\n\u2022Participate in training development sessions to improve tutoring practices, learn the online Learning Management System (Moodle) or learn new tutoring techniques.
\n\u2022Identify, develop, or implement intervention strategies and tutoring plans.
\n\u2022Develop training materials, like hand-outs, revision activities, or quizzes.
\n\u2022Prepare and facilitate tutoring workshops or academic support sessions for small groups of students where needed.
