Job Title: Reception Assistant<\/strong>
\nLocation:<\/strong> Sedgefield, Western Cape, South Africa

Job Summary: <\/strong>
\nEnsuring that guests receive the best possible reception and assistance both on arrival, during their stay & upon departure. Ensuring that all Front Office procedures are followed & systems maintained and managed in accordance with set standards policies & procedures.
\nDuties range from telephone, office administration, reservations, guest related queries, stock\/asset control, data capturing and handling of money. Assisting guests with queries and complaints, ensuring that same are resolved to their full satisfaction. Facilitating excellent communication with guests, other departments as well as colleagues. General problem solving tasks. Assist\/relief Housekeeper<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Matric
\n\u20222 years\u2019 experience in a similar position
\n\u2022Computer literacy skills including Excel & Word
\n\u2022Working experience of Property Management systems
\n\u2022Excellent guest relation skills and the ability to resolve complaints & problems
\n\u2022Valid code B driver\u2019s license will be an advantage
\n\u2022Own transport<\/p>\n

Person Requirements: \u2022 Ability to work under pressure \u2022 Good interpersonal & communication skills \u2022 Patience \u2022 Prepared to work on week-ends; public holidays, late evenings and call outs<\/p>\n
