\nThe purpose of this role is to sell media opportunities to new \/ direct clients and maintain good customer and staff relationships, both internally and externally.<\/p>\n

\n8. Call Rates \/ Client Visits:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Ensuring the minimum call rates set weekly are achieved.
\n9. Administration:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Ensuring the smooth running of all administrative procedures pertaining to scheduling, production, traffic and finance.
\n\u2022Timeous and accurate Weekly Forecasts.
\n\u2022Preparing Weekly Status Reports on all activities every Friday.
\n\u2022Developing well thought out Business Plans.
\n\u2022Monitoring sales performance on an ongoing basis, initiate corrective action and preparing reports, summaries, analysis and documentation and all aspects of the account management.
\n\u2022Maintaining correct information about clients, budget, and planning periods and media activity e.g call rates, diagnosis letters weekly reports, sales tracking, business plans and forecasting.
\n\u2022Ensuring quality proposals and presentations that comply to corporate templates.
\n\u2022Preparing, following up and continuously updating sales action plans.
\n\u2022Working four(4) months in advance.
\n10. New Business:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Ensuring consistent development of new business opportunities within the portfolio.
\n11. Rate Control:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Ensuring \u201cyield\u201d on revenue , sold at profitable levels at all times.<\/p>\n
