Sir Ketumile Masire Teaching Hospital (SKMTH) is the first quaternary healthcare facility established to address identified gaps in the healthcare industry in Botswana.SKMTH is registered as a company limited by guarantee wholly owned by the Government of Botswana established under the Companies Act Cap 42:01.<\/p>\n

SKMTH \u2018s mandate is threefold:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 To deliver patient centered care for specialized healthcare services, at quaternary level
\n\u2022 To teach and facilitate the development of healthcare professionals.
\n\u2022 To invest in and create a conducive environment for medical research<\/p>\n

Job Title: Human Resources Officer<\/strong>
\nLocation:<\/strong> Gaborone, South East, Botswana
\nReference #:<\/strong> SKMTH\/JBV\/2022\/06
\nContract Type:<\/strong> Contract
\n24 Months<\/p>\n

Job Summary:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 General and payroll administration, recruitment and placement, staff welfare, and employee relations.<\/p>\n

Roles and Responsibilities:
\n\u2022Execution of recruitment & selection activities.
\n\u2022Effective management of payroll and related administration tasks
\n\u2022Coordination and execution of payroll, performance management activities and other HR related administration matters
\n\u2022Implementation of employee internal communication system
\n\u2022Assists on issues of performance concerns, disciplinary action and conflict management issues<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\nQualifications Required:
\n\u2022Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Organisational Psychology or related Social Sciences.<\/p>\n

Experience:
\n\u2022At least five (5) years relevant post qualification experience in Human Resources Management.<\/p>\n
