\nThe position of Logistics Administrator is responsible for ensuring that all examinations and other customised training initiatives are effectively and smoothly delivered at both student and client level.

\n\u2022Ensure accurate despatch and collection of invigilator and facilitator packs as per the policy requirements and checklist.
\n\u2022Ensure that all parcels despatched reach the correct destination at least 24hr prior to the commencement of an examination.<\/p>\n
\nhanded over to Processing department (examinations) within required deadline.
\n\u2022Unpack and hand over miscellaneous documentation i.e. claim forms, evaluator feedback, registers, etc to relevant faculty and\/or staff
\nmember within required deadline.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Ensure accurate despatch of all study material\/devices as per the client timetable\/DTS.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022To assist with the verification of ID\u2019s of all proctored exams.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Willingness to assist with all aspects of the business as and when required e.g. Processing department and SSD.
\n\u2022Assist with the preparation and retrieval of off-site documentation in preparation for external audits.
