Apply Now!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>AVBOB, Africa&#8217;s largest mutual assurance society providing a one-stop funeral insurance and burial solution, has a vacancy for:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Quality Controller (B5)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Soweto, Gauteng, South Africa<br \/>\n<strong>Reference #:<\/strong> 116QAA01<br \/>\n<strong>Contract Type:<\/strong> Permanent<br \/>\n<strong>Salary:<\/strong> Market Related<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><br \/>\nTrain, Monitor and Coach Personnel<br \/>\n\u2022Train telemarketers on the basic rules for Direct Marketers before they commence work.<br \/>\n\u2022Explain quality assurance process to them in detail<br \/>\n\u2022Identify areas of improvement or concern and make recommendations<br \/>\n\u2022To ensure that telemarketers are compliant at all times by following the sales script.<br \/>\n\u2022Offer them assistance with their sales pitch if needed<br \/>\n\u2022To identify sales pitch problems, lack of product knowledge, non-compliance, lack of soft skills during these calls Identify areas of repeated misconduct and non-compliance<br \/>\n\u2022Forward feedback to Manager for action to be taken or to identify training needs.<br \/>\n\u2022Evaluate outcome of each call<br \/>\nConduct after sale service survey<br \/>\n\u2022To call clients that have been contacted by telemarketers, follow the script provided and document the outcome on spreadsheet provided.<br \/>\n\u2022To keep detailed daily statistics on the outcome of the survey calls made.<br \/>\n\u2022Ask for referrals during all these calls.<br \/>\n\u2022Assist in retaining our business and handling of customer queries should the need arise<br \/>\nMonitor systems<br \/>\n\u2022Track defects, test results or other regularly reported quality control data<br \/>\n\u2022Conduct systems testing within direct marketing within the time frame provided<br \/>\n\u2022Identify problems such as one-way recording, cross recording and blank scripts<br \/>\n\u2022Identify and outline system problems, inform the system administrator and Manager<br \/>\nStatistics and Reporting<br \/>\n\u2022To keep detailed daily statistics on all problems identified during calls and to e-mail them to the team leader in the report format agreed upon.<br \/>\n\u2022To compile monthly quality assurance report from daily statistics and to e-mail to the team leader within time frames given.<br \/>\n\u2022To compile monthly survey report from the daily statistics and to e-mail to the team leader within the time frames given.<br \/>\n\u2022Provide management with monthly reports<br \/>\n\u2022Report major problems and deviations will be reported to senior management<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements: <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022Grade 12<br \/>\n\u2022Fit and Proper Accreditation as per FAIS requirements<br \/>\n\u2022FAIS recognized qualification, RE 5 an advantage<br \/>\n\u2022Category B Sales requirement \/ qualifications an advantage<\/p>\n<p><strong>KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u20224 year experience in call centre, sales environment<br \/>\n\u2022Knowledge in Long-term insurance<\/p>\n<p><strong>TECHNICAL AND BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022Effective communication<br \/>\n\u2022Interpersonal<br \/>\n\u2022Problems solving<br \/>\n\u2022Planning and organising<br \/>\n\u2022Analytical<br \/>\n\u2022Decision making<br \/>\n\u2022Attention to detail<br \/>\n\u2022Working under pressure<br \/>\n\u2022Numerical skills<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/jb.skillsmapafrica.com\/Account\/Login?ReturnUrl=%2FCandidate%2FFullRegistration%3FJobKey%3D887caef4424843d1ad536962d9984dd7%26isApplication%3D1&amp;ReturnUrlWithProfile=%2FJob%2FIndex%2F58870%3FAutoApply%3DTrue\"><strong>Click Here!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> 28\/03\/2022<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AVBOB, Africa&#8217;s largest mutual assurance society providing a one-stop funeral insurance and burial solution, has a vacancy for: &nbsp;
