\u2022\u00a0Ensure world-class service levels for all Terrestrial Operation broadcast services.
\n\u2022\u00a0Optimized resource utilization (bandwidth, equipment, staff, operational costs )
\n\u2022\u00a0Ensure effective implementation of new services and software\/hardware on various Broadcast platforms.
\n\u2022\u00a0Ensure sophisticated monitoring and quality control procedures
\n\u2022\u00a0Established and maintained operational recovery processes within Terrestrial Operations
\n\u2022\u00a0Established and maintained Disaster Recovery platform where applicable
\n\u2022\u00a0Compiled, controlled and monitored budget for Terrestrial Operations
\n\u2022\u00a0Effective communication up & down
\n\u2022\u00a0Overall responsibility and ownership and rapid resolution of Terrestrial Operations service\/platform issues.
\n\u2022\u00a0Established and implemented and maintained operational processes to achieve optimum service levels:
