Continuous and constant improvement.<br \/>\nEnsue that business objectives and personal delivery aligns to and meets the TSW .<br \/>\nEffectively build and maintain mutually beneficial business relationships.<br \/>\nProactively analysis of business conducted monthly &#8211; considering feedback received, trends analysed and action plan put in place to test minor, improve, innovate systems, processes and communication. Plan maintained and managed with feedback loops &amp; results recorded.<br \/>\nFinding new ways of generating efficiencies and effectiveness across business \/ department.<br \/>\nRequirements<br \/>\nEssential:<br \/>\nGrade 12\/ SAQA Accredited Equivalent (Essential)<br \/>\nRelevant tertiary qualification<\/p>\n<p><strong>Desirable:<\/strong><br \/>\nBTech, BEng or BSc in computer Science<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential:<\/strong><br \/>\nAt least 3 years Front-End Mobile development experience using modern web technologies:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><br \/>\nXamarin<br \/>\nAndroid<br \/>\niOS<br \/>\nFlutter<\/p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge:<\/strong><br \/>\nGoogle Analytics, SEO, UX\/UI Principles, Load Speed Optimisation, Mobile Best Practices<\/p>\n<p><strong>Desirable:<\/strong><br \/>\nExperience in the Financial Services Industry<\/p>\n<p><strong>Disclaimers:<\/strong><br \/>\nSAQA Accredited Equivalent* &#8211; It is the onus of the applicant to provide TIH and its subsidiaries with certified evidence that their qualification(s) meet the equivalent NQF level required for this role at time of application.<\/p>\n<p>Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA)# competency requirements: FAIS recognized qualifications \/ Regulatory Examinations \/ Class of Business Certification and \/ or CPD according to your DOFA (where applicable) &#8211; As a registered Financial Service Provider, we are mandated to ensure that all our representatives are and remain fit and proper at all times.
