\nRespond professionally to client complaints and queries within agreed

\nprocedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure
\nown work adheres to those standards.<\/p>\n

\nMatric \/ Grade 12 or SAQA Accredited Equivalent (Essential);
\nRE 5 (Essential), STI Qualification (Advantageous); FAIS
