\n\u2022Efficiently and accurately check all stock received in the Logistics Department.
\n\u2022Assist with offloading of courier deliveries, checking all boxes for damage and endorsing waybill accordingly.
\n\u2022Accurate shelving of stock in the correct locations for collection or delivery.
\n\u2022Complete the checking and shelving of stock within two hours from receipt.
\n\u2022Ensuring that all stock is handled in the safest possible manner, to avoid any possible damage.
\n\u2022Prepare goods for couriers and capture the waybill information in time for the daily collection.
\n\u2022Check goods together with client on collection to ensure correct and complete order is handed over.
\n\u2022Maintain good housekeeping always.
\n\u2022When necessary, can be required to assist Drivers with deliveries.
\n\u2022Assist clients with heavy goods (e.g. sending it to Technical in the goods hoist or loading into vehicles.)<\/p>\n

\n\u2022Being vigilant and taking appropriate action regarding suspicious behaviour from visitors (e.g. calling HR staff to assist).
\n\u2022Assist sales staff with enquiries regarding progress of deliveries or collections, communicating effectively and professionally at all times.
\n\u2022Contact all customers for uncollected stock on a weekly basis to cancel orders when necessary.
\n\u2022Ensuring that the correct order is handed over to the correct client, checking the details on the Mustek system and verifying the identity of the client.
\n\u2022Ensuring that client receives the correct and complete order on collection, by checking items together.
\n\u2022Strive to provide customers with the best experience possible and work to solve problems quickly, maintaining a professional attitude even in the face of challenges, such as dealing with an irate client.
\n\u2022Opening of collections Dispatch Counter promptly at 8am.
\n\u2022Invoices and card machine receipts to be taken to accounts and cashbox collected every morning before 8:30am.
\n\u2022Any cash value from R5000 upwards received needs to be taken to accounts department or accounts to be notified to collect.
\n\u2022The daily cash up must be done at 4:15pm and the cash box must be taken up at 4:30 pm.
\n\u2022Ensure all stock dispatched from collections are correct with regards to quantity and description, front counter clerk to ask the customer to check stock before leaving the premises, as errors will not be entertained later on.
\n\u2022Ensure all invoiced are signed and dated correctly with ID number present should OTP not be available.
\n\u2022Screen\/Panels that are 32inch or larger needs to be checked before leaving dispatch and the relevant paperwork signed.
\n\u2022Printing of all demo sheets for demo units and handing them to appropriate personnel.
\n\u2022The sending of statistics to the appropriate personnel.
\n\u2022Ensure that picking zones are updated as per instruction received.
\n\u2022Check goods received against orders placed on suppliers.
\n\u2022Assisting throughout logistics department where assistance is needed.
