NRC cares, not only for its patients but also for<br \/>\nsociety and earth.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Property Administrator &#8211; NRC Technical Division<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa<br \/>\n<strong>Reference #:<\/strong> Property Administrator &#8211; NRC Technical Division<br \/>\n<strong>Contract Type:<\/strong> Permanent<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><br \/>\nNational Renal Care seeks to recruit an ambitious, talented, goal driven and self-motivated<br \/>\nindividual to fulfil the role of a Property Administrator.<\/p>\n<p><strong>COMPETENCIES:<\/strong><br \/>\nProject management<br \/>\nNegotiation skills<br \/>\nAbility to manage tight deadlines<br \/>\nProblem solving<br \/>\nDecision-making<br \/>\nStrong interpersonal skills<br \/>\nPresentation and facilitation skills<br \/>\nAssertiveness<br \/>\nLegislation and regulations\/safety<br \/>\nOrganizational awareness<br \/>\nProfessionalism<br \/>\nEnergy<br \/>\nAdaptability<br \/>\nKEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:<br \/>\nThe incumbent will also assume overall accountability for planning, scheduling,<br \/>\nmonitoring and executing of all interior maintenance related aspects, building information<br \/>\nmanagement systems, planned inspections and auditing of building(s).<br \/>\nOversees the interior and exterior of the organisation\u2019s facilities.<br \/>\nResponsible for maintenance, testing and inspection schedules are required to ensure<br \/>\nthat the facility is operating safely and efficiently.<br \/>\nManages relationship with property owner and ensures that issues are attended to<br \/>\ntimeously<br \/>\nBuilds, Manage, coordinate the relationship, and work with outside contractors such as,<br \/>\nvending services, architects and \/ or construction companies<br \/>\nEnsures compliance with all applicable government regulations<br \/>\nPrepare summary reports and make recommendations to Executive Committee in<br \/>\nrespect to facilities and maintenance matters.<br \/>\nBuilding and Property Maintenance<br \/>\nMaintains buildings, fixtures, fittings and services in accordance with Legal Guidelines<br \/>\nLiaises with all service providers regarding building services<br \/>\nDevelops and maintains a preventative maintenance program covering all aspects of<br \/>\nfacilities and maintenance<br \/>\nArranges appropriate pest inspections and treatments<br \/>\nResponsibility for ensuring routine checks are in accordance with relevant legislation<br \/>\nWhen required, liaise with Contractors, Building Management and Architects with new<br \/>\nbuilding projects, ensuring timeline is adhered to and quality of workmanship is obtained<br \/>\nEnsure that all the relevant maintenance is provided<br \/>\nBuilding is aligned with legal legislation<br \/>\nEnsures that all facilities are aligned to the Department Of Health and Health and Safety<br \/>\nrequirements of South Africa<br \/>\nDeals with internal staff queries regarding the maintenance of the building<br \/>\nFinancial Duties<br \/>\nPrepare an annual Facilities Budget<br \/>\nOverseas ordering of goods and services associated with the Facilities Budget<br \/>\nFacilities budget is in place annually<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE:<\/strong><br \/>\nRelevant experience in Facilities and Project Management<br \/>\nPrevious experience within the Healthcare industry would be advantageous<br \/>\nExcellent negotiation skills<br \/>\nKnowledge of property and asset management<br \/>\nWorking knowledge of compiling and management of budgets on projects<br \/>\n3-5 years solid experience in management of various contracts and agreements including<br \/>\nbut not limited to lease and service agreements.<br \/>\nSolid working knowledge of MS Office and MS Projects.<br \/>\nAbility to travel interprovincial on a regular basis and on short notice if needed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/jb.skillsmapafrica.com\/Account\/Login?ReturnUrl=%2FCandidate%2FFullRegistration%3FJobKey%3D68b4231bb2634a858d28b190e54d2deb%26isApplication%3D1&amp;ReturnUrlWithProfile=%2FJob%2FIndex%2F59095%3FAutoApply%3DTrue\"><strong>Click Here!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> 04\/04\/2022<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>National Renal Care has grown and evolved into the leading total kidney and disease management organisation in South Africa.
