\nAccounts Receivable Administration:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Management of Customer Collections aligned to trading terms and policy.
\n\u2022 Posts customer payments by recording cash transactions from bank aligned to policy & debtors trading terms.
\n\u2022 Updates & reports receivables by totalling unpaid debtors.
\n\u2022 Maintains debtor records through monthly review of masterdata.
\n\u2022 Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales trading Agreements, promotions, customer service departments, and from customers.
\n\u2022 Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries.
\n\u2022 Resolves invalid or unauthorized deductions by following pending deductions procedures.
\n\u2022 Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, credit terms; coordinating contact with debtors & sales department.
\n\u2022 Management and release of blocked orders aligned to policy.
\n\u2022 Issuing of monthly customer statements.
\n\u2022 Preparation and consolidation of all reconciliations, documents to facilitate legal handover procedures.
\n\u2022 Adherence to the health, safety and environmental standards
\n\u2022 Ensure adherence to site safety standards as head of Safety, Health and Environmental Committee
