Job Summary:<\/strong>
\nThe Programme Administrators are responsible for the administrative tasks associated with the programmes that are offered at campus. Aligned to policies and procedures, the Programme Administrator provides both administrative and functional support to the Programme Coordinator role within the department, to ensure quality programme delivery and a quality student administrative service and experience.<\/p>\n

Educational Requirements:<\/strong>
\nGrade 12, post-school qualification would be advantageous
\nMinimum 3 years proven experience in academic and programme administration
\nTechnical knowledge of integrated Quality Assurance Administration to comply with regulatory body requirements
\nNSC and ASC criteria and documentary evidence needed to show compliance
\nICAS student information systems\/LMS applicable
\nAdministration systems and practices that adhere to policies and procedures
\nMS office proficient<\/p>\n

Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nProgramme materials, textbooks, and resources
\nProgramme assessment administration
\nTracking student success per programme per year
\nStudent administration and external liaison with the department of education
\nStudent surveys and feedback per Grade 10 and Grade 12 programme
\nGeneral programme administrative tasks
\nDo quality control and adhoc
\nProvide reports to management and assist with general tasks
