\nPlan and execute campaigns within the defined timelines. Manage campaigns,
\ndata and metrics to help improve overall efficiencies and manage the optimal use
\nof contacts data for all TIH campaigns (sales, collection, retention, service,
\nadmin). Track, influence, provide solutions and escalate any factors that might
\naffect performance.

\nCampaign Planning
\nContribute to the development of the campaign strategy to optimize the
\ncampaigns performance to reach business goals.
\nDefine the campaign brief outcomes to meet the required set targets with the
\nbusiness.
\nPlan and design the campaign; the timelines and resource capability and skill set
\nrequired, liaising with multi-channel contact centre management; workforce
\nmanagement.
\nProvide input into the design of new campaigns, engaging with marketing.
\nSupport business in driving new initiatives or special projects.<\/p>\n
\nImplement and optimize campaign strategies and cohesive customer
\nengagement according to the plan to drive the achievement of the Business Unit
\ntargets.
\nManage, track and govern campaign settings on dialer guided by models to
\nsupport strategy.<\/p>\n
\nLiaise with Data Science team and\/or data sources to access reliable data to
\nmeet the campaign outcomes.
\nLiaise and support and provide input regarding campaigns for many
\nstakeholders in TIH business, for example; Heads, Marketing, Business
\nIntelligence, IT and compliance team.
\nCommunicate issue resolution processes and escalation channels to ensure
\nsmooth and functional engagement.<\/p>\n
\nMaintain, analyse, re-engineer and evaluate new and existing campaigns; as
\nwell as share\/present to the Business Unit the progress, performance,
\nopportunities, threats and insights pertaining to campaign metrics, volume and
\nquality of data, resources and skill sets, results, commercials (cost per contact,
\np-factor), gaming of contacts or leads.
\nProvide input and review scripting of campaigns and how the campaign
\nperforms.<\/p>\n
\nIdentify and implement optimization plans around targeting with the goal of
\nincreasing campaign profitability.
\nImplement initiatives to improve campaign performance based on lead
\noptimization and segmentation.<\/p>\n
\nEnsure data processes are adhered to \u2013 lead scrubbing, data optimization and
\nsegmentation strategies, implementation of all models, data alignment to
\ncampaign brief including applicable regulatory and legislative requirements.
\nHighlight any identified contact centre abuse of leads.<\/p>\n
\nDevelop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development
\nplanning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Maintain
\nan understanding of relevant technology, and industry best practices through
\nongoing education, and reading specialist media.<\/p>\n
\nGeneral Education:<\/strong>
\nGrade 12\/ SAQA Accredited Equivalent (Essential);
\nRelevant 3 year Business degree \/ diploma in Business Management \/ Campaign Management and Contact Centre (Advantageous)<\/p>\n
\n3 or more years experience Campaign Management (Essential);
\nData management experience (Essential);
\nAnalytics or MI experience (Essential);
\nDialler Management (Essential);<\/strong>
\nExperience in the financial services industry (Advantageous);
\nExperience of dealing with relevant stakeholders e.g. work force management, contact centres, marketing (Advantageous)<\/p>\n
