Job Title: Unit Administrator – NRC Parktown West<\/strong>
\nLocation:<\/strong> Parktown, Gauteng, South Africa
\nReference #:<\/strong> Unit Administrator – NRC Parktown West
\nContract Type:<\/strong> Permanent<\/p>\n

Job Summary:<\/strong>
\nThe Unit Administrator will be responsible for all patient and general administrative duties
\nincluding posting, filing and data capturing.<\/p>\n

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:<\/strong>
\nEnsure that all patient administration is effectively completed as per company deadlines
\nand policies.
\nEnsure that all financial policies and procedures are followed in the unit i.e. confirmation,
\nbilling, private patients, stock, waste etc. on a daily basis.
\nEnsure that the relevant HR and payroll processes are being followed in the unit on a daily
\nbasis.
\nEnsure that all unit administration is effectively completed as per company deadlines and
\npolicies.
\nEnsure efficient customer service by maintaining proactive and effective stakeholder and
\ninterdepartmental communication in order to maintain optimal standards of service
\ndelivery.
\nEnsure that all staff are trained and educated regarding the Administration function in the
\nunit and that your related knowledge is constantly updated.
\nDemonstrate the National Renal Care Values and Caring the NRC Way.<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\nREQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE:<\/strong>
\nGrade 12 level of numeracy and literacy.
\nA Minimum of 2-years\u2019 experience within a similar role.
\nMust be able to work under pressure in a constantly changing environment
\nStrong interpersonal skills required.
\nComputer literacy essential (MS Office).
\nStrong Customer orientation
\nTeam player
\nVery energetic
\nWell organised
\nExcellence Orientation (Concern for high quality work)
