The Project Manager at BluNova will be responsible for managing multiple projects within a portfolio and, in some instances, multiple portfolios. They\u2019re responsible for the outcome and successful delivery of multiple projects with a key focus on the broader view. The Project Manager needs to mitigate any project risk as it arises. The Project Manager will work with multiple Business Owners spanning multiple disciplines. \nFacilitate the delivery of the BluNova Strategy both in BluNova and relevant business partners.
\nOversee the achievement and risk \u201cblockers\u201d related to product deliveries
\nPartner with management to develop and review lean business cases
\nEnsure project governance processes and decisions are applied consistently
\nProvide input to budgeting process per project portfolio
\nEnsure full adoption of JIRA, Confluence and other designated tools
\nWork closely with Infrastructure, Systems Architecture, Product Owners,
\nDevelopment Teams, IT Operations Manager and other stakeholders to facilitate delivery and remove impediments
\nAssume the Scrum Master role for selected projects to deliver as per requirement
\nEnable, support and accelerate the transition from Waterfall to Agile (Scrum, Kanban) or any software development methodology elected by the BluNova team.

\nCoaching the team on software development methods and technical and operational practices
\nFacilitating key agile ceremonies
\nManaging software development methods such as Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, XP, LSD and FDD
\nBuild competency within the Decisioning and Capabilities teams by developing project metrics
\nProvide leadership with meaningful performance metrics and status reports based on JIRA dashboards
\nIdentify risks proactively, drive timely mitigation, and escalate to management appropriately<\/p>\n
\nDefine project scopes with Business Stakeholders
\nLead project status and working meetings

\nAssess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and ensure that they are appropriate for the BluNova environment.
\nEnsure that informative datasets are appropriately served for analytics and BI applications inside and outside of BluNova as required
\nDescribe and motivate for changes in data requirements for the data engineer and\/or data scientist to include in the pipeline.
\nInfluence the architecture of data structures and feature sets so that they (1) facilitate diverse and detailed analyses (2) enable large scale processing, (3) manage data sensitivity and (4) promote future applications of the DaaS environment.<\/p>\n
