Job Title: Assistant Maintenance Manager<\/strong>
\nLocation:<\/strong> Pilanesberg, North West, South Africa

\nContract Type: <\/strong>Permanent<\/p>\n

Job Summary:<\/strong>
\nTo provide assistance & support to the Maintenance Manager in actively running all aspects of the technical, mechanical & grounds maintenance of a large and expanding resort. To plan & execute maintenance programs & projects. To implement & maintain preventative Maintenance programs. To assist in the management of Departmental expenditure, budgets, stock and tools. The successful candidate must be prepared to work a 6 day week, shifts, public holidays week-ends and overtime. Will be required to manage staff and to liaise with Service providers to achieve desired standards and service levels<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\n\uf0d8Minimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in a similar position in a large operation within the Hospitality Industry
\n\uf0d8Sound knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, building, carpentry, aircon, heat pump, water reticulation\/sewerage plants, swimming
\npool and general maintenance
\n\uf0d8Be able to control stores
\n\uf0d8Supervise staff and assist in resort activities
\n\uf0d8Un-endorsed code B drivers license and valid matric
\n\uf0d8Computer literate<\/p>\n
