This role will work with various closely related concrete<br \/>\nvariables, requiring an understanding of the theory or practices underpinning inter-related functional<br \/>\nprocesses.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Production Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> East London, Eastern Cape, South Africa<br \/>\n<strong>Reference #:<\/strong> East London<br \/>\n<strong>Contract Type:<\/strong> Permanent<br \/>\n<strong>Salary:<\/strong> Market Related<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe purpose of this role is to enable achievement of Production targets, within area of responsibility, through<br \/>\neffectively managing production activities and ensuring adherence to an operational and financial framework<br \/>\nof practices, processes, standards and controls.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\nActively engage at regional level in the End-to-End Sales and Operational Planning Process<br \/>\n\u2022 Contribute to the Material Planning process as well as the execution of the Material Plan for region<br \/>\nof responsibility<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure that the Daily Production \/ Manufacturing Schedule is aligned to ensure delivery in line with<br \/>\ncustomer requirements<br \/>\n\u2022 Work in conjunction with the Regional Operations Manager to guarantee order fulfilment in line with<br \/>\ncustomer requirements, cost, quality and time parameters<br \/>\nProduce \/ Manufacture Product<br \/>\n\u2022 Monitor the Daily Production \/ Manufacturing Schedule to ensure timeous product delivery to<br \/>\ncustomers<br \/>\n\u2022 Manage the entire end to end Production\/Manufacturing process for relevant region<br \/>\n\u2022 Supervise the production of syrup and related products in line with established standards, policies;<br \/>\nprocedures and safety guidelines<br \/>\nInfrastructure Maintenance<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure that all Infrastructure are maintained to ensure optimal capacity usage and availability<br \/>\nSHERQ framework, initiatives and communications<br \/>\n\u2022 Monitor the execution and maintenance of a SHERQ Framework of practices, processes, policies and<br \/>\nprocedures, standards and controls for application across all geographies<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist with monitoring SHERQ Compliance in region of responsibility<br \/>\nGeneral Business, Financial and People Management<br \/>\nProduction Manager<br \/>\n\u2022 Actively participate in operational planning and budgeting processes<br \/>\n\u2022 Drive continuous improvement through streamlining and optimising relevant operational practices,<br \/>\nprocesses and systems<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure adherence to operational and financial frameworks of practices, processes, standards and<br \/>\ncontrols<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure Adherence to all applicable Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Standards<br \/>\n\u2022 Manage cost drivers and take the necessary action to mitigate financial risk and address variances<br \/>\nand discrepancies<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure that the right people capacity is in place and manage employee performance through effective<br \/>\nand goal directed people leadership<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/jb.skillsmapafrica.com\/Account\/Login?ReturnUrl=%2FCandidate%2FFullRegistration%3FJobKey%3Df298de3fde2944fbb4fb6fadbd425523%26isApplication%3D1&amp;ReturnUrlWithProfile=%2FJob%2FIndex%2F59703%3FAutoApply%3DTrue\"><strong>Click Here!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> 27\/04\/2022<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Accountable for quality, standards, service and desired outputs within inter-related functional areas of responsibility.
