\nManufacturing Start UP Procedure
\n\u2022 Check that the skew bar is set at the correct height, the bar-code stickers and coding on bottle have
\nthe correct information and is legible
\n\u2022 Check the torques on all capping heads
\n\u2022 Check that labels conform to spec
\n\u2022 Report any non-conformance to the Line Supervisor and QC Supervisor
\n\u2022 Authorize the line supervisor to proceed once start up results have been passed<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Testing of preforms
\n\u2022 Testing of blown bottles such as height, burst pressure, sectional weight, stress cracking, fill point
\ncapacity, drop test, visual inspections, wall thickness, base weight, neck finish dimensions
\n\u2022 Testing of closures such as height, skew cap detection, outer diameter, inner seal
\n\u2022 Label Inspections to ensure the application is correct
\n\u2022 Testing of labels for glue application
