\nThe position of Logistics Administrator is responsible for ensuring that all examinations and other customised training initiatives are effectively and smoothly delivered at both student and client level.<\/p>\n
\nProctored Exams:<\/strong>
\n\u2022The viewing of recordings for all proctored exams in line with Milpark critical dates
\n\u2022The verification of students\u2019 IDs for all proctored exams
\n\u2022Monitor students\u2019 during testing to ensure exam information is not compromised, by ensuring that:
\n\u2022Students complete all work independently
\n\u2022Only approved materials are used during the exam
\n\u2022Identify dates for all upcoming online proctored exams
\n\u2022Initiate, organise and maintain exam records, files, and any other electronic data according to assessment policies and processes.
\n\u2022Prepare relevant reports and ensure these are complete by the expected due dates.
\n\u2022Identify and communication any rule violations and\/or unusual occurrences and\/or suspicious activity or suspected irregularities to
\nsupervisor
\n\u2022Assist with hosting Disciplinary Committee meetings.
\n\u2022Assist with preparing video evidence for Disciplinary committee to issue to students when required
\n\u2022Assist with preparing for Hearing between students and Milpark when required
\n\u2022Maintain integrity and confidentiality of exams ad relevant exam files and records.<\/p>\n
