Based in Isando<\/p>\n
Salary: R20 500 per month plus provident fund and car allowance.<\/p>\n
A well-established market leader in the car rental sector based in Isando requires a team player who is action orientated, deadline driven and customer focused. You will be responsible for world-class revenue management support to the business. The incumbent must have strong mathematical, statistical, and rate structures expertise, a relevant Degree qualification that includes Mathematics and Statistics is essential , an Economics and Management Account Qualification will also be benefit.<\/p>\n
The successful candidate must have:
\n\u2022 Matric Qualification
\n\u2022 A tertiary education that includes mathematics and statistics
\n\u2022 Economics and management account qualification will be beneficial
\n\u2022 Advanced computer literacy
\n\u2022 Relevant experience
\n\u2022 Comprehensive mathematical and statistical expertise<\/p>\n
Your busy and challenging day will include but not limited to:
\n\u2022 Able to source information
\n\u2022 Conducting competitor analysis
\n\u2022 Presenting information to all levels of the organization
\n\u2022 Analyzing information , questioning the norm and making proposals
\n\u2022 Understanding a company\u2019s fleet processes
\n\u2022 Understanding of the local segment
\n\u2022 Making use of a contribution model to determine contribution for different variables
\n\u2022 Rate structures, rate code functionality and the rental counter function<\/p>\n
Revenue Management
\n\u2022 Revenue Management application for non-contracted business
\n\u2022 Re-directing tactical planning where necessary to achieve KPI (Key Performance Indicator) targets
\n\u2022 Collaborative problem solving
\n\u2022 Propose yielding strategies to Manager
\n\u2022 Ensuring rates are loaded accurately in the in-house \/ Wizard systems within allocated time frame
\n\u2022 Assisting Pricing analyst in the identification new product opportunities
\n\u2022 Setting-up of Revenue Management KPI\u2019s per region to align to organizational KPI\u2019s
\n\u2022 Maintaining and developing revenue management tools and processes
\n\u2022 Fleet analysis \u2013 Advise at various levels of the S&OP process
\n\u2022 Working with Operations to better understand and measure demand and fleet availability<\/p>\n
Reporting
\n\u2022 Reporting on fleet constraints, reservations and regional trends to regions on weekly basis
\n\u2022 Identifying and addressing poor performing KPI’s
\n\u2022 Developing action plans<\/p>\n
Benchmarking
\n\u2022 Continuous liaison with company\u2019s international Revenue Management team to bench-mark on best practices
\n\u2022 Identifying revenue management tools
\n\u2022 Researching Revenue Management tools and practices
\n\u2022 Document revenue management processes
\n\u2022 Identifying competitor tactics and strategies
\n\u2022 Providing feedback to Manager<\/p>\n
Relationship building
\n\u2022 Developing and maintaining effective relationships with key operations managers<\/p>\n
Meetings
\n\u2022 Presenting at Regional operations redline
\n\u2022 Attending Redline team meeting monthly
\nSkills:
\n\u2022 Able to work independently
\n\u2022 Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written
\n\u2022 Ability to work with others to get the job done<\/p>\n
