Job Title: Relationship Consultant<\/strong>

Job Summary:<\/strong>
\nThe purpose of the Relationship Consultant is to coordinate the sales process with customers across different segments by capturing orders, liaising with the warehouse and production around stock and branding, sending out and following up on marketing campaigns and to assist with other requests such as indent orders and alterations.<\/p>\n

Job Objectives:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Capturing sales orders:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Receive request from customers and capture order on the system accordingly or assist customers with placing the orders on line
\n\u2022Liaise with the warehouse to confirm stock availability and revert back to the client if required
\n\u2022Complete the branding check list if it is a branding order and capture order correctly<\/p>\n

Marketing campaigns:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Distribute marketing campaigns to customer based and follow up with customers by doing a call campaign
\n\u2022Discuss cross selling and upselling opportunities with the client and capture accordingly<\/p>\n

Indent orders:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Complete indent order checklist if customer requires customized product, and submit to sourcing to confirm viability of indent order
\n\u2022Provide feedback to the customer on the outcome<\/p>\n

Alterations:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Coordinate alterations process if required<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\nQualifications and Experience:<\/strong>
\n\u2022NQF 4Matric or Equivalent
\n\u2022NQF 5Sales Course
\n\u20222-3 years\u2019 experience in Sales\/Sales Admin
