Job Title: Sales Support Front Desk<\/strong>
\nLocation:<\/strong> Kempton Park, Gauteng, South Africa

\n<\/strong>Salary:<\/strong> Market Related<\/p>\n

Job Summary:
\nLooking for a friendly, highly organized, hands on person that is willing to work in a fast-paced environment (permanent position with a 6-month probation period<\/p>\n

Front Desk Reception:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Accurate and timely answering, screening and forwarding of telephone calls to the
\ncorrect departments.
\n\u2022 Excellent phone skills including message taking and relaying to all parties.
\n\u2022 Track, monitor and report reasons for calls not answered internally.
\n\u2022 Create, manage and distribute digital intercompany contact list on a monthly basis (E-mails, Cell etc).
\n\u2022 Professionally receiving customers and visitors at reception.
\n\u2022 Strong guest liaison and interpersonal skills.
\n\u2022 Continually improving customer service value offering at the front line.
\n\u2022 Contact Centre \/ Front Desk training will be required from time-to-time to ensure the
\nlatest offerings are implemented and upheld.
\n\u2022 Exceptional, accurate multi-tasking, including strict organisational skills required
\n\u2022 Very well presented.
\n\u2022 Professional upkeeping of the general reception area.<\/p>\n

Sales Support:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Back Office support SAP (WS 1)- Quotes and Authorization orders.
\n\u2022 Order and process monitor.<\/p>\n

Package & Remuneration:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Package is market related and will discussed at the interview stage
\n\u2022 Benefits will include Pension as well as Medical Aid<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Matric\/equivalent.
\n\u2022 Computer literate – proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
\n\u2022 Strong administrative skills.
\n\u2022 Service and target driven.
\n\u2022 Experience in either sales\/ sales administration, customer service\/ relations or Call
\nCentre.
\n\u2022 Team player, highly motivated and strong interpersonal skills.
\n\u2022 Well-spoken with a good telephone manner in more than 1 official South African
\nlanguage (Afrikaans an advantage).
\n\u2022 Clear disciplinary record.<\/p>\n
