\nThe position of Programme Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing one or more allocated programmes offered via distance and\/or contact education in a specific academic department.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Administer RPL policy for a specific qualification
\n\u2022Process de-registrations\/expiry\/extension of qualifications
\n\u2022Process internal subject exemptions (where applicable)
\n\u2022Approve all student registrations in line with at risk policy and rules of progression
\n\u2022Consider and action standard subject exemption applications<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Assist with induction and development of new facilitators and online lecturers
\n\u2022Assist with organising logistics for all training sessions and workshops conducted by the School as needed<\/p>\n

\n\u2022Set and manage timelines of academic deliverables on programmes as and when needed.
\n\u2022Check and update all qualification documentation, including fact sheets.
\n\u2022Assist the academic team in meeting deliverables
\n\u2022Coordinate online classes; online facilitation and related activities where applicable
\n\u2022Verification and management of the work logbooks and its’ process where applicable
\n\u2022Manage student surveys and feedback in line with guidance and instruction from Tuition Committee.

\n\u2022An NQF 5 or business-related qualification
\n\u2022Ideally some project management or coordination experience
\n\u2022At least one year experience working with Moodle or a similar learning management system<\/p>\n

\n\u2022Excellent verbal and written communication skills
