\nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nEstablish, build & manage a portfolio of advertisers
\nAchieve and exceed sales revenue budgets for brands relevant to portfolio
\nManage key relationship across channels
\n-Grow relationships with a select group of clients and agencies defined across the Mediamark portfolio of channels
\n-Cultivate a deep understanding of client business to ensure high level, turnkey solutions that unlock revenue
\n-Manage client engagements including roadshows, immersions, workshops and key meetings with the client set
\n-Build relationships, uncover challenges and needs with clients and relevant agencies specific to a defined portfolio
\n-Identify trends and threats in select sectors to upsell new and existing products
\n-Monitor performance of a portfolio (area of responsibility) on a weekly basis
\n-Be part of an integrated solutions team to offer clients specialized media solutions through variety of opportunities
\n-Promote Mediamark and its brands to clients
\n-Be an active and highly effective networker
\n– Build strategic and collaborative working relationships with internal and external customers<\/p>\n
\n– Achieve and exceed sales revenue budgets
\n– Develop a sales strategy to achieve set budgets by brand relevant to a specific portfolio
\n-Develop detailed action plans to execute the sales strategy
\n-Actively engage all available datapoints\/touchpoints\/information platforms to ensure solutions and market conversations remain relevant and
\nimpactful
\n– Monitoring of annual commitments and regular tracking of spend trends
\n-Build and develop strong relationships with clients, client media and communication partners to facilitate 360 solutions
\n-Develop new business and maintain existing business
\n-Managing the brands\u2019 engagement opportunities for advertiser benefit
\n-Prepare relevant reports providing feedback on sales activity, sales performance and all matters in process\/outstanding\/in need of resolution.
\n-Carry out any reasonable request relating to National Sales, which may include afterhours work.<\/p>\n
\nExperience:<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n-At least 3 years of agency \/ client facing media sales experience of presenting to large and small audiences of various levels within a business.<\/p>\n
\n-Attention to detail
\n-Excellent presentation skills
\n-Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and telephonic
\n-Above average problem solving ability and negotiation skills
\n-Thorough understanding of marketing process
