\nThe role requires a passionate certified Data & Campaign Analyst. The required end result is for the successful candidate to turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions
\nRequirements<\/p>\n
\nInterpreting data, analysing results using statistical techniques
\nDeveloping and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
\nAcquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases
\nManaging campaigns and suppliers to achieve agreed targets
\nAnalysing response rates, lead flows and profit & loss on a campaign by campaign basis<\/p>\n
\nData analyst responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design
\nData analysts will develop analysis and reporting capabilities
\nMonitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements
\nThe Campaign manager role will involve liaising with clients and ensuring targets are met<\/p>\n
\nInterpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
\nDevelop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
\nAcquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases\/data systems
\nIdentify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
\nFilter and \u201cclean\u201d data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems<\/p>\n
\nWork with management to prioritize business and information needs
\nLocate and define new process improvement opportunities
\nLiaise with Clients and manage budgets & volumes

\nKnowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)
\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy<\/p>\n
