\nThe primary purpose of the Regulatory Centre of Excellence Manager role is to provide support to the Financial Services practice by ensuring that all FS staff are trained and kept informed regarding legislation and regulation related to financial services, including latest developments in this field. Providing support and advice to audit and advisory teams (internally) as well as developing material and presenting training to external clients, is also important. Managing banks\u2019 regulatory audits as part of the financial statements audit, is a key function of the position. Providing regulatory advice internally and to external clients is also an important task.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022Make decisions regarding acceptable regulatory treatment in straightforward regulatory queries

\n\u2022Research regulatory related queries \/ topics \/ new developments and communicate, both orally and in writing, the results of the research in a clear, unambiguous manner

\n\u2022Knowledge of financial services legislation \/ regulation would be beneficial
\n-B.Com Honours; CA with 1-2 years\u2019 post-qualification experience; or
\n-B.Com Honours with 3 years post-qualification experience in financial services; or
\n-B.Com Honours with at least 2 years\u2019 experience working on bank regulatory audits<\/p>\n
