Job Title: Res Admin Controller (6 months contract)<\/strong>
\nLocation:<\/strong> Port Shepstone, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa

\n6 Months<\/p>\n

Job Summary:<\/strong>
\nThis is a 6 months contract to assist with a Backlog Project. Must be comfortable and well experienced in Data Capturing, Data Analysis and Project orientated deadlines.
\nMust be well experienced within Administration, Reporting and Marketing display on booking platforms<\/p>\n

This role entails the efficient business administration of resort properties with the following focus points:
\n\u2022Resort information is captured, administered and maintained accurately at all times, within deadlines, so as to ensure optimal guest experience through all stages of their interaction with any resort in our portfolio
\n\u2022Administering, reporting and statistical elements of a collection of resorts to ensure best business performance as well as optimal guest experience<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\nKey Performance Areas:<\/strong>
\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
\n\u2022Administration of timeshare weeks and general admin support
\n\u2022Content administration
\n\u2022Interacting with various stakeholders and departments to satisfy a variety of information requests
\n\u2022Provide support to the marketing\/digital departments with the display of resort content
\n\u2022Broad level assistance relating to adhoc tasks<\/p>\n

Position Requirements:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Matric
\n\u2022Confident & professional communication skills
\n\u2022Excellent interpersonal skills
\n\u2022Critical thinking with high attention to detail and accuracy
\n\u2022Computer literacy (proficient in MS Word and Excel)
\n\u2022Ability to work under pressure, meet set deadlines, plan and organise
\n\u2022Numerical proficiency
\n\u2022Previous experience in a resort\/reservation sites\/financial environment is advantageous<\/p>\n
