\nKey Accountabilities and Outputs:<\/strong>
\nPlanning and Training:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Responsible for the set up and planning of Brand Activations as per the monthly promotionaL and
\nactivity calendar \u2013 in conjunction with merchandiser and promoter team
\n\u2022 Liases with the Team Leader to source sales tools, marketing material, messaging etc as required to
\ndeliver impactful activations
\n\u2022 Ensure he\/she is customer oriented and confident in conveying the brand benefits > requires training
\nprograms have been completed and meet BevCo standards
\nExecution \u2013 Store, Outlet, Event, Commuter Point Activities
\n\u2022 Directs and is responsible for performing the brand promotions as per the promotion\/activity
\ncalendar.
\n\u2022 Responsible for ensuring a store\/ location check has been completed ahead of a promotion based on
\nthe following:
\no Stock and Samples ; Pricing; Coolers; Displays; POSM Kits;
\no Responsible for coordinating and executing all commuter point, shopping centre, sponsorship
\nand sports events as required to deliver an impactful brand activation outcome<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Must ensure all proper documentation and records are maintained including adherence to the health,
\nsafety and environmental standards
\n\u2022 Ensure adherence to site safety standards as head of Safety, Health and Environmental Committee
\nand compliance to all relevant legislation<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 2 years experience (Operational Execution) Experience with in-store promotions, event
\ncoordination and general administration and reporting.<\/p>\n
