A fast growing automotive dealership is looking to employ a Senior Panelshop Manager who has above average marketing, management and financial skills.
\nThe successful candidate must have:
\n– Matric
\n– Relevant tertiary education
\n– 3 \u2013 5 Years Panelshop Manager experience from a reputable dealership
\n– Strong working knowledge of the industry and understanding of business benchmarks & targets and the ability to implement plans to achieve these targets
\n– Computer literate
\n– Valid unendorsed driver\u2019s license
\nYour busy and challenging day will include but not limited to:
\n– Managing Financial performance
\n– Ensuring all administration is completed
\n– Manage financial risk and inventory security and return un-issued parts
\n– Ensuring a Service oriented environment
\n– Market products and services
\n– Building and maintaining manufacturer and supplier relationships
\n– Manage a large workforce of +-40 employees
\n– Ensuring Employment Equity targets are met
\n– Up skilling staff
\n– Develop a strategy for new and repeat business.
\n– Manage departmental processes to satisfy customer needs.
\n– Manage parts, work in progress inventory, and consumables resource
\n– Increase overall profitability
