Job Title: Clerk: Validator (B3)<\/strong> Job Summary:<\/strong> Requirements:<\/strong> EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:<\/strong> COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:<\/strong>
\nLocation:<\/strong> Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa

\nRESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:<\/strong>
\n<\/strong>– Validating of information of new applications scanned
\n– Validate all new applications and correct mistakes made
\n– Correct mistakes where possible without sending the application back
\n– Fax back all applications with mistakes that cannot be rectified.
\n– Verify all hand received applications
\n– Handling of telephone and written queries
\n– Answering all requests from life offices with reference to application being scanned, faxed or even telephone enquiries
\n– Report on irregularities on scanning system
\n– Handle correspondence relating to outstanding requirements of applications scanned.
\n– Assist team members
\n– Help to verify the new applications and posting of contracts
\n– Perform any other duties
\n– Print duplicate policies and policy information<\/p>\n
\nQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:<\/strong>
\n– Grade 12<\/p>\n
\n– 1 Year assurance experience
\n– Computer Literate<\/p>\n
\n– Ability to work under pressure
\n– Computer literacy
\n– Good Interpersonal Skills
\n– Good communication skills
\n– Customer service skills
\n– Attention to detail
\n– Work in a team structure
\n– Accuracy and attention to detail<\/p>\n
