\n1.Human Resource Policies and planning:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Develop and implement the HR \/TM and People strategies aligned to the business objectives.
\n\u2022Update the company\u2019s database with timely, relevant forms, policies, and procedures to always ensure accessibility for employees.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Manage all recruitment needs, including implementing and continually developing a robust recruitment process.
\n\u2022Overseeing the day-to-day management of the recruitment process, including reviewing job descriptions, and vacancies publications, updating the company resource plan, sifting, and selecting CV\u2019s, attending interviews, and candidates\u2019 selection.
\n\u2022Creating and continually improving offer letters and contracts of employment.
\n\u2022Ensuring the collection of references and security clearance as relevant to each role.
\n\u2022Ensuring all relevant ID, certificates, and employee documents are received on or before 1st day of employment.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022To manage approved rewards, incentives, and commissions, and ensure employees are notified of qualifying rewards incentives, and commissions in a timely and accurate manner.
\n\u2022Ensuring employees\u2019 salaries are paid on time and in the right manner.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Design, support and continually improve the company\u2019s talent frameworks, tools, and resources for talent planning, performance management, and employee development.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022With guidance from the executive committee, the HR manager will facilitate as a mediator when required to try and resolve employee grievances and any disciplinary proceedings.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Implement HR initiatives that can be leveraged to strengthen business results specifically through leadership and development programmes.
\n\u2022Identifying significant gaps to meet long-term objectives and creating a long-term workforce plan that prioritizes achievement of the company\u2019s business strategic goals.
\n\u2022Establish and maintain appropriate systems for identifying, planning, delivering, and measuring learning and development.
\n\u2022Manage a training plan that details required training that is delivered within the agreed\/specific timescales and ensure outcomes are appropriately measured and reported on.
\n\u2022Liaise with the company\u2019s middle management team to understand all necessary aspects of their teams learning and development needs.
\n\u2022Ensure training activities meet and integrate with company strategies and policies.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Responsible for the development of processes and reporting metrics that support the achievement of the company\u2019s business goals.
\n\u2022Monitor, measure, and report on HR issues, opportunities, and development plans and achievements (on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis).
\n\u2022Keep up to date with HR legislation by researching and attending necessary events, before providing suitable interpretation to senior and middle management teams.
\n\u2022Deliver and report on the annual employee engagement survey to ensure feedback from employees is collated and interpreted correctly to help improve employee engagement.
\nRequirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n\u2022Bachelor\u2019s degree from a reputable university, Advanced education beyond a college degree is preferred, ideally in Human resource management, such as a master\u2019s degree or MBA.
\n\u2022A professional certificate such as a certified license in Human resource management is an added advantage.
\n\u2022Proven track record as HR manager, preferably in a senior role.
\n\u2022Experience in designing and delivering coaching\/mentoring, learning and development and talent management programmes.
\n\u2022Knowledge of employment and labor law.
\n\u2022Experience in report writing and utilising Ms. Office.
\n\u2022Experience in using HR Information Systems (performance evaluation software, Primavera etc.)
\n\u2022Problem-solving skills.
\n\u2022Recruitment and Selection experience.
\n\u2022Experience of designing and writing HR policies, procedures, offers and contracts of employment.
\n\u2022Knowledge of payroll and payroll procedures.
\n\u2022More than five years of work experience in a Human resource management position.<\/p>\n
