Emptying site waste bins, performing minor repairs such as changing bulbs, fitting and fixing leaking taps, replacing geysers, preparing walls for painting, patching and replacing drywall, understand and follow Site Safety procedures and regulations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Assistance:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022Maintain cleanliness of outside space such as parking lots and sidewalks.<br \/>\n\u2022Sweeping of leaves and litter around site.<br \/>\n\u2022Cutting and trimming of garden grass and trees.<br \/>\n\u2022Assist with minor plumbing including unblocking of kitchen sinks, drains ,replacing damaged geyser and repair leaking taps.<br \/>\n\u2022Replacing broken and damaged ceiling boards.<br \/>\n\u2022Replacing of light bulbs and fluorescent light tubes.<br \/>\n\u2022Preparing walls for painting.<br \/>\n\u2022Repair and clean damaged, broken chairs and tables.<br \/>\n\u2022Cut grass and remove weeds at school field ground.<br \/>\n\u2022Cleaning of basement parking space.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.
