\nDemonstrable affinity with community development or the NGO sector
\nExperience and real understanding of fundraising \/ CSI as well as a track record of success
\nA team player who has experienced and believes in the value of working in a highly diverse team
\nExperience in training is a definite advantage
\nInnovative thinker and problem solver
\nGood coaching and communication skills, specifically strong listening skills
