\nCoordination of project and logistics management
\nData capturing quality control checks on data captured
\nResponsible for ensuring that all study related data is entered accurately and timeously
\nResponsible for creation and maintenance of Investigator Site Files
\nResponsible for QA\/QC of ICF\u2019s, CRF\u2019s and source docs
\nEnsuring effective monitoring and evaluation of the programme
\nAttendance at project meetings and other stakeholders as required
\nCompilation of weekly, monthly and quarterly progress reports
\nAttend international conference calls\/ training
\nSupport to continuous programme design and content design, including content development and quality evaluation
\nMaintain research documentation as per SOP\u2019s
\nMaintain study logs
\nCommunication with Ethics and Provincial regulatory bodies
\nHR and staff administration, including recruitment procedures
\nCoordination during monitoring visits
\nEnsure that sponsor standards are met
\nPerform all activities according to Good Clinical Practice Standards
\nMonitoring and management of project staff performance
\nParticipate in staff meetings and provide regular updates
