Job Title: Customer Services Representative – (REMOTE FROM HOME) VOX TELECOMMUNICATIONS<\/strong> Job Summary:<\/strong> Duties & Responsibilities:<\/strong> Job Objectives (Maximum 8)<\/p>\n To adhere to all Vox policy\u2019s, processes and procedures created by Exco to be followed correctly to ensure the ultimate customer service experience.<\/p>\n To identify, prioritize and resolve incidents or requests of service requests received from customers in need of resolution to their problems.<\/p>\n To monitor, track and coordinate all Administration functions including tickets, calls, complaints and mail queries from customers and or other staff.<\/p>\n To contribute to problem resolution by giving in-person, hands-on, support to the Managers to enable the 1st call resolution for customers.<\/p>\n To support the other team engineers of the all Administration in order to have them give the best possible resolutions to the customer problems to have 1st call resolution.<\/p>\n To ensure incidents and service requests are managed effectively to the company\u2019s policies and To ensure the level of incidents are being continually driven down while increasing a positive JOB CONTEXT:<\/strong> Essential\/ Desirable<\/strong> Desirable:<\/strong> 2 Year general administration and customer service experience<\/p>\n 2 Years\u2019 experience in customer-facing role<\/p>\n Job Knowledge:<\/strong> Depth & Scope (B\/I\/A)<\/p>\n Essential<\/p>\n Desirable<\/p>\n Knowledge of Consumer Protection Act<\/p>\n Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook<\/p>\n Job Skills:<\/strong> Essential:<\/strong><\/p>\n Desirable:<\/strong><\/p>\n Problem solving and analytical skills Desired Experience & Qualification:<\/strong> 2 Yrs customer services exp and admin<\/p>\n

\nTo oversee the Administration of the desks and customer service to ensure that all incidents and requests are fulfilled within timelines and customers\u2019 expectations exceeded.<\/p>\n
