\nThis is a remote position.<\/p>\n
\nActing as a trusted resource for the customer for design considerations.
\nDevising and driving the solution to add business value.
\nEnsuring viability of the solution.
\nLeading all technical aspects of the solution architecture and solution engineering.
\nActing as a Subject Matter Expert with active participation and technical leadership in strategic or significant sales pursuits.
\nIdentifying tasks required to technically complete projects.
\nIdentifying suitable resources for achieving technical requirements.
\nCoaching \/ mentoring project team members to increase their understanding of the customer and products \/ solutions, build the technical acumen and capability.
\nProviding technical leadership and accountability for teams.
\nEnsuring technical viability of solutions.
\nIdentifying, resolving and mitigating technical issues and risks.
\nReviewing and approving work estimates and skills required to assist project management.
\nProviding feedback to the product development organisations, market trends and product issues.
\nProviding input to the R&D organisation.
\nFollowing \/ promoting the agreed upon Best Practices and their supporting documentation.
\nEnsuring compliance to principles of quality assurance.
\nDriving consistency of architecture and design approach.
\nDevising mechanisms to facilitate knowledge sharing across regions and projects.<\/p>\n
\nExperience in leading \/ designing roles for one or more transformation or complex IT projects.
\nExcellent Telecommunications industry experience and related product knowledge including knowledge of TMF, TOGAF, GSM, 5G, etc.
\nExperience in implementing large and complex projects.
\nExpert understanding of business technology, telecom networks and data structures.
\nExpert design skills with ability to document the designs.
\nAbility to abstract complex ideas and communicate them clearly and simply.
\nExcellent analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex problems that require complex methods or theories.
\nAbility to prioritise effectively within and across one or more assignments.
\nAbility to lead, motivate and influence senior technical and business resources.
\nAbility to deal credibly with and influence Sales.
\nAbility and willingness to contribute to on-going process improvement initiatives.<\/p>\n
\nAgile methodologies experience \/ skills.
\nWell versed in AWS and knowledge of cloud technologies.
\nExperience in implementing technologically complex projects, Agile Methodologies, Microservices, Data Analytics and Data Visualisation will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
