Be seen as the key Customer escalation point in the company and co-ordinate an effective response across internal teams to timely resolution.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Customer Service Manager ITIL (Telecoms)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> JHB &#8211; Central<br \/>\n<strong>Reference:<\/strong> CPT004390-BB-1<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Key stakeholder Relationship:<\/strong><br \/>\nInternal<br \/>\nAll departments<\/p>\n<p><strong>External:<\/strong><br \/>\nSuppliers, vendors and Customers, Account Directors<\/p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:<\/strong><br \/>\nEngineering \/ Computer Science Degree\/ Information systems degree or equivalent experience advantageous<br \/>\nITIL Foundation level essential \/ Lean Sigma<br \/>\nCustomer Service \/ Relationship Management &#8211; advantageous<\/p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Experience:<\/strong><br \/>\nAt least 5-10 years in a customer facing position within the IT industry, minimum of 2 years in a similar role<br \/>\nProject Management experience preferable<br \/>\nTrack record of delivering services and solutions in complex Telco environments<\/p>\n<p><strong>Other Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\nPrepared to work overtime and flexible working hours<br \/>\nWilling to travel locally and internationally<br \/>\nMust have own transport<br \/>\nValid passport<\/p>\n<p><strong>Competencies:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Knowledge:<\/strong><br \/>\nNetwork topology and architecture experience:<br \/>\nKnowledge of Cisco networks (troubleshooting and analysis) &#8211; MPLS, VPN, Routing, LAN, Switching<br \/>\nKnowledge of general network products i.e., shaping, compression, acceleration etc.<br \/>\nKnowledge of SDWAN\/ Cloud \/ Security<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><br \/>\nAble to build rapport with Customers and engineers<br \/>\nProject management skills<br \/>\nProficient at report generation<br \/>\nExcellent Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills<br \/>\nExcellent communications skills (verbal and written)<br \/>\nStrong presentation skills at C-level engagements<\/p>\n<p><strong>Behavioral:<\/strong><br \/>\nCustomer Responsiveness<br \/>\nCommercial acumen<br \/>\nPackage &amp; Remuneration<br \/>\nR 1 &#8211; 1 &#8211; Monthly<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pnet.co.za\/viewlets\/apply\/job-apply-form-viewlet\/authentication?listingId=3454041&amp;isMobile=false&amp;buttonPos=Top_Button&amp;locale=en_ZA&amp;rltr=&amp;client=&amp;source=listing\"><strong>Click Here!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Responsible as the primary point of contact for selected signature accounts regarding all service-related issues.
