\n\u2022 Recruitment, training & development and performance management of the individuals within the New Sales teams \u2022 Planning & coordination of all functions related to achieving growth budgets as well as related general management duties \u2022 Actively leading new sales within each region \u2022 Sales & campaign planning \u2022 Management reporting \u2022 Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability \u2022 Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects \u2022 Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets \u2022 Conducts one-on-one reviews with all Account Executives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Account Executive\u2019s sales and activity performance \u2022 Assists Account Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations \u2022 Accurate and efficient management of sales statistics and reports<\/p>\n
