\nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nManage the concept requests\/Problem statement process
\nSupport the business and team in the definition of the Business requirement\/problem description.
\nPerform high-level feasibility of new requirement concepts
\nPerform and review high-level estimates of costs
\nGuide, develop and review the business\/project requests and supporting documents for the demand management forums.
\nReview roadmaps and initiatives and make recommendations to stakeholders<\/p>\n
\nReview BAs documents and outputs provided by the MVNO
\nMaintain the repository of business documents to ensure the knowledge base is kept up to date and is available for other BAs to learn and drive.<\/p>\n
\nProvide guidance to the team on the eliciting of functional, non-functional & technical requirements and provide recommendations as to the impacts of new developments
\nProactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyse information needs and functional requirements and deliver and review the following artefacts as needed i.e. Business Requirements Documents, Business Process Documents, Information Requirement Specifications, Use Cases, work flows, design documents, UAT test cases.
\nManage the eliciting of requirements by facilitating interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, tasks and workflow analysis.
\nCritically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from underlying needs.
\nReview and confirm mapping between the business and technical requirements ensuring traceability
\nManage and support business process improvement. Assist with the documenting and review of business processes.
\nContinuously review technical and business feasibility of requirements through the suctioning phase.
\nPrepare, review and present analysis results when required.<\/p>\n
\nPrepare the User Acceptance Test plan.
\nManage and support the user acceptance testing of solutions.<\/p>\n
\nDefine and review the business and functional specifications in regard to 3rd party involvement
\nDefine and review vendor evaluation criteria based on business requirements
\nRisk management of situations affecting project(s) scope, time, and cost or risk arising from vendor feedback.
\nEvaluate and review vendor responses against the business requirements,
\nEvaluate vendors against the business requirements, architectures, and IT Strategy and roadmap and make recommendations to governance forums.
\nReview and present analysis results to management.<\/p>\n
\nProactively identify possible obstacles to a successful solution which originate within system\/process\/people or other constraints.
\nSupport the compilation of technical and functional specifications required, reviews and updates the relevant BRS documentation as required.<\/p>\n
\nMaintain Business Service catalogue and ensure team and business is informed of any changes.
\nEnsure compliance to standards, modelling frameworks and tools.
\nEnsure compliance to standards of maintaining all the key Analysis and Business artefacts such as: Business requirements specifications, Business Rules, Business Architecture, Product Catalogue, Information KPI Definitions, Business Processes etc.
\nIdentify customer organization’s strengths and weaknesses and suggest areas of improvement.
\nReview technical feasibility of new development concepts and work with technical teams in solving technical solutions.
\nReview business process changes, including creating, describing, documenting and maintaining business processes.
\nContribute to continuous improvement activities<\/p>\n
\nUphold HR policies and procedures
\nStrictly apply and adhere to Cell C health and safety procedures.
\nConfirm to the Cell C Health , safety and environmental standards
\nIdentify and report all health and safety matters and incidents
\nParticipate in the appointment of the SHE representative, first aiders and evacuating marshals in the Training team.<\/p>\n
\nMinimum Qualification:<\/strong>
\nB.Sc \/ B. Eng degree \u2013 in Information technology and related areas (Minimum).<\/p>\n
