\nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nAssume responsibility for the performance, direction and development of the Sales Admin team
\nDetermine system improvement measures to enhance our current working processes
\nEnforce compliance guidelines with client agreements in terms of order processing
\nManage Sales Admin team is working effectively and efficiently, to achieve the tasks given to them
\nSupervise and manage the sales process within the sales division for all Key Account Managers.
\nEnsure that Administrators process customer’s re-quest for quotation
\nDo reconciliation with functional reports in line with the data on the system
\nManage credit disputes, understand causes and re-solve root cause
\nReport to management on all problem areas related to area of responsibility and how to mitigate them
\nManage customer escalations timeously
\nImplement and manage customer uptake onto digital platforms
\nCo-ordinate Board Pack submission for Sales and data integrity
\nCreate a customer centric environment
\nManage month end \/ year end closures<\/p>\n
