Job Title: IT System Trainer: Northern Cape (Kathu \/ Kuruman)<\/strong> Job Summary:<\/strong> Compile training material for systems\/subjects<\/p>\n Maintaining of Systems<\/p>\n Will be giving extensive training on systems<\/p>\n Provide feedback on System constraints<\/p>\n Re-training of existing users and ensure user competency<\/p>\n Assess training effectiveness and revise training needs based on gaps<\/p>\n Assessment, moderation, and facilitation of all training systems within the company<\/p>\n Perform one-on-one, on-the job training, solve training problems and update learning materials and assessment tools<\/p>\n Ensure engagement with programmers to improve systems<\/p>\n Ensure constant improvement on system user practicality<\/p>\n Training needs, gap analysis and reporting<\/p>\n Compile training material and assist various departments with training material<\/p>\n
