Job Title:<\/strong> Business Development Manager for VOX Telecoms – Telecommunications based in Cape Town Job Summary:<\/strong> 3. HIGH-LEVEL JOB OBJECTIVES No Job Objectives (Maximum 8)<\/p>\n Planning & coordination of all functions related to achieving growth budgets as well as related general management duties<\/p>\n Actively leading new sales within each region<\/p>\n Sales & campaign planning<\/p>\n Management reporting<\/p>\n Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability<\/p>\n Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects<\/p>\n Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets<\/p>\n Conducts one-on-one reviews with all Account Executives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Account Executive\u2019s sales and activity performance<\/p>\n Assists Account Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations<\/p>\n Accurate and efficient management of sales statistics and reports<\/p>\n Desired Experience & Qualification:<\/strong> 2 years ICT industry experience<\/p>\n Application of CRM \/ Voxzal\/ Trax and sales processes Package & Remuneration:<\/strong>

\nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nPURPOSE OF THE JOB Business developer will be responsible for the New Sales as well as associated administrative personnel. Regional management responsibility for the New Sales team as well as associated administrative personnel. Regional management responsibility for the achievement of the new sales budgets as set by EXCO<\/p>\n
\n3 years successful Corporate Direct Sales experience
\n3 years junior management experience<\/p>\n
\nSound understanding of telecommunications, networking & data
\nGood understanding of Human resource management principles
\nUnderstanding of financial management principles<\/p>\n
\nR25000 – R30 000 Basic plus benefits and excellent commission structure<\/p>\n
