Job Title: EHS OFFICER<\/strong> Job Summary:<\/strong>

\nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nPrepare and improve various personnel related procedures, documents and work processes to ensure their applicability and effectiveness.
\nTo complete the annual occupational health, safety, environment, and fire-fighting key tasks and goals and indicators, and promote the daily work of the branch’s occupational health, safety, environment, and fire-fighting management system.
\n. Carry out regular occupational health, safety, environment, and fire protection inspections to ensure that various related problems are corrected and prevented in a timely manner, and provide suggestions and guidance for rectification.
\n. Plan, organize, and implement occupational health, safety, environment, and fire-fighting related training for the branch.
\n. Participate in the implementation of occupational health, safety, environment, and fire protection assessments, put forward relevant control requirements and supervise the implementation.
\n. Participate in the analysis of accidents and put forward rectification suggestions, track the closure of rectification measures, count, summarize, and report various accidents, and establish and improve accident files.
\n. Participate in the implementation of safety production standardization management system internal audit, management review, third-party supervision and audit work, and track and implement the rectification of related issues.
\nImplement and monitor all HSE management systems on site, including, but not limited to HSE guidelines, objectives and practices.
\nSchedule and execute audits on site to identify areas of improvement and implement measures as required.
\nCarry out risk assessments on a continuous basis on site.
\nProvide HSE training, awareness and induction on site to staff, contractors and other relevant parties.
\nEngage with staff, contractors and other relevant parties with respect to HSE matters related to the site.
\nKeep HSE statistical records, such as incidents, accidents, near-misses and working hours on site.
\nKeep HSE registers up to date, including renewals of permits, licenses, etc.<\/p>\n
