\nKEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
\nEnsure all systems are operational, adequately monitored and maintained
\n\u2022 Provide day to day end-user support
\n\u2022 Troubleshoot any ad hoc IT issues
\n\u2022 Monitor, manage and actively patch servers and workstations
\n\u2022 Periodically review server logs for potential problems
\n\u2022 Patch workstation clients and applications regularly
\n\u2022 Adhere to IT framework and policies in accordance to Group standard
\n\u2022 Manage and monitor fax, print and copier services and facilitate daily operations
\nSupport internal stakeholders and manage third party vendors
\n\u2022 Understand the company’s business functions and improve IT processes
\n\u2022 Conduct staff training when necessary
\n\u2022 Support users on in-house developed and deployed applications
\n\u2022 Participate and manage project rollouts
\n\u2022 Manage external vendors, monitoring SLA
\n\u2022 Ensure outsourced services are in-line with Service Level Agreement
\nPerform IT reviews and assessment of procedures and controls
\n\u2022 Create and maintain documentation on IT manuals and procedures
\n\u2022 Implement and manage new processes
\n\u2022 Prepare regular and ad hoc systems reports
\nEnsure efficiency in responding to and fixing user problems.
\n\u2022 General desktop support: Printing setups. Office and Application support<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Manage telecommunication (ISP, fixed line and mobile) services and track data roaming usage
\n\u2022 Facilities: manage third party office maintenance<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Minimum 3 – 5 years\u2019 experience in IT Analyst or Administration field
\n\u2022 Working knowledge of Wintel desktop systems; Windows 10, Office 2016 and Office 365, and EUC
\n\u2022 Working knowledge of Microsoft server and services such as Active Directory, DNS and DHCP
\n\u2022 Proactive troubleshooting skills
\n\u2022 Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
\n\u2022 Well organised.
\n\u2022 Very good time and priority management skills.
\nAdditional Desirable Skills:
\n\u2022 Working knowledge of MS Azure, Azure Active Directory
\n\u2022 Working knowledge of Cisco firewall\/switches, Microsoft Server 2012 and 2016 and HyperV
\n\u2022 Any type of development and programming an advantage
\n\u2022 CMD, powershell or VB scripting advantageous
\nQualifications and Experience

\n\u2022 Basic Degree or Diploma in IT with relevant IT certifications
