\nQualifications:<\/strong>
\nDiploma or relevant qualification in Information Technology
\n3-5 years\u2019 experience in the telecom industry or relevant
\nInstalling, support and administrating Linux servers<\/p>\n
\n\u00b7 Linux knowledge
\n\u00b7 Intermediate SQL Knowledge
\n\u00b7 Ansible knowledge
\n\u00b7 Docker knowledge
\n\u00b7 Bash scripting<\/p>\n
\n\u00b7 Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
\n\u00b7 Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
\n\u00b7 Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
\n\u00b7 Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
\n\u00b7 Ensure all issues are properly logged
\n\u00b7 Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
\n\u00b7 Work closely with peers and management in the operations environment and cross-functionally groups.
\n\u00b7 Successful Integrations of applications in Customer Environments.
\n\u00b7 Complete projects and associated phases in time and within budget.
\n\u00b7 Interpret high level business requirements and provide technical specification documents.
\n\u00b7 Provide input into development requirements and ways of working.
\n\u00b7 Provide estimates on work to be completed.<\/p>\n
