We’re seeking an On site Client Service Representative on a 6 Month Contract for a client within the telecommunications\/ICT industry to be based in Western Cape.<\/p>\n
Various stores (CTI, Waterfront, Canal walk)<\/p>\n

Job Title: On-site Client Service Representative telecommunications\/ICT – 6 Month Contract – Western Cape<\/strong> Job Summary:<\/strong> Desired Experience & Qualification:<\/strong> Package & Remuneration:<\/strong>
\nLocation: <\/strong>Cape Town<\/p>\n
\nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nResolution of all mobile requests for service (order-to-activate and query-to-resolve) within client SLAs
\nProactive tracking and management of Requests for service
\nCombination of client experience \u2013 fulfilment and assurance as well as technical coverage support
\nQuality assessment and compliance
\nGood technical mobile and handset understanding
\nProfessional writing and communication
\nAnalytical and logical
\nITIL foundations
\nProduct knowledge<\/p>\n
\nClient services training, advantageous
\nITIL foundation certification, advantageous
\nAll experience must be in the mobile sector (voice and data)
\n2 \u2013 3 years\u2019 experience within a service fulfilment and\/or assurance role.
\n2 \u2013 3 years\u2019 experience in a client facing role
\nExperience in client facing service, quality assessment and\/or technical support<\/p>\n
\nSalary: R62 per hour (non-negotiable)
\nContract: 3- 6 Months
