Job Title: Business Consultant – Data (Senior) (Remote)<\/strong> Job Summary:<\/strong> Client Details:<\/strong><\/p>\n A highly successful international listed company who offers remote and international opportunities. Preferred Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or Business (Computing), etc.<\/p>\n Relevant Skills \/ Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n 7 years’ experience as a business \/ software consultant in the telecommunications industry. Advantageous Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n In-depth understanding of industry standards such as TMForum, ISEEB, ITIL in order to be prescriptive and consultative.

\nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nThis is a remote position.<\/p>\n
\nResponsible for the end to end business process architecture, integration points, etc.
\nSupporting the customer with scoping and definition workshops.
\nGathering, analysing and documenting business requirements.
\nObtaining sign off of the business requirements from the customer.
\nGuiding the program team by sharing the solution requirements.
\nWorking with various team members to ensure the program is proceeding as effectively as possible
\nEnsure a common understanding of the business objectives.
\nEnsuring the solution architecture is compatible with the business needs
\nReviewing end-to-end test scenarios, ensuring sufficient test coverage is achieved.
\nProviding objective input to inspect and adapt workshops, release retrospectives, etc.
\nReviewing the customer test plans for solutions as required.
\nManaging the scope of the solution, identifying and documenting change requests.
\nResponsible for delivering feedback to the business.
\nProviding leadership and mentorship to other Business Consultants.
\nMight also fulfil the role of Product Owner, as \/ when needed.<\/p>\n
\nExpert knowledge of customer and product data models.
\nExperience managing reference data across an E2E solution.
\nProven ability to operate at the end to end level taking responsibility for the full E2E solution requirements.
\nExperience in business consulting with multiple clients in telecoms.
\nDeep knowledge of industry trends from marketing to commercial and operations that are being adopted to drive new ways of client engagement and revenue models.
\nAbility to work at C-Level with commercial, operational and Information Systems areas.
\nExpert understanding of an integrated BSS solution.
\nAbility to challenge approaches through thought-leadership to draw out best solutions.
\nExperience of working with clients in major business transformation programmes.
\nExperience in consultative engagements such as business health checks, business motivation modelling, TCO\/ROI assessments, etc.
\nAbility to lead and document associated workshops.
\nHighly developed analytical and problem solving skills.
\nHighly developed facilitation skills for customer interaction.
\nSolid understanding of project management and requirements management processes.<\/p>\n
\nAwareness of Agile Software development methodologies such as SAFe or KanBan
\nExperience in writing epics and features<\/p>\n
