Qualifications
\nBachelor Degree<\/p>\n
Experience and Level
\n\u2022 Minimum 3 to 4 years relevant management experience in Brand Building\/ Brand Development and\/or Customer Development.
\n\u2022 Business planning and implementation experience as well as project management<\/p>\n
Purpose of the Role
\n\u2022 Leads a multifunctional team to launch Innovation and Renovation in the market place and monitors performance of the support plans.
\n\u2022 Leads cross-functional teams in developing and executing support plans
\n\u2022 Leads the Brand Marketing Planning process<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Multi-functional \u201cdeployment team\u201d e.g. Customer Development, Finance, Legal

Key Responsibilities
\nINNOVATION and RENOVATION
\n\u2022 Responsible for management of multifunctional teams to:
\n\u2022 Launches Innovation and renovation
\n\u2022 Leads the development of draft and final channel plans
\n\u2022 Building launch plans, activities and channel strategies (promotions, media and POS),
\n\u2022 Helps to develop the customer selling story
\n\u2022 Legal & regulatory issues.<\/p>\n
IN MARKET ACTIVITIES
\n\u2022 With Customer Development, sets national level brand KPI\u2019s and channel marketing
\nstrategy and identify relevant in-store solutions.
\n\u2022 Developing detailed Brand activity plans
\n\u2022 Leading the execution and monitoring activities in Trade<\/p>\n
BRAND MARKETING PLAN
\n\u2022 Leads integrated Brand Marketing Plan development and deployment:
\n\u2022 Brand audit, Jobs to be done, 8Qactivity plans, Scorecards & in-market pricing.
\n\u2022 Proposes brand activity and measurable objectives<\/p>\n
BRAND MONITORING & OPTIMISING
\n\u2022 Responsible for the brand P&L & help drive profitability of the brand.
\n\u2022 Monitors brand performance to implement appropriate plan changes.
\n\u2022 Provides input to volume forecasting.
\n\u2022 Financial updates and monitors key indicators and drivers of brand performance (6P\u2019s).
\n\u2022 Recommends solutions and implement improvements to meet annual targets.<\/p>\n
