A mid-career level position that project manages the successful transition of mobile solutions for Business customers across a wide range of services and solutions including mobility and IoT. The role focuses on supporting the Account Manager in delivering the service to customers, and ensuring operational teams readiness.<\/p>\n

\nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nDevelop and drive the execution of agreed projects
\nDrive the implementation, tracking, monitoring and compliance of Projects
\nContract management in line with Procurement Policies
\nMS PROJECT EXPERIENCE OF AT LEAST 3 YEARS IS ESSENTIAL (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
\nCo-ordinate project reporting
\nEnsure effective implementation of the integrated project management model
\nEnsure that all projects are transitioned on-time, within scope and in compliance to corporate standards
\nDeveloping project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
\nDevelop a detailed project plan to track progress
\nDevelop customer readiness documentation including operational manuals, customers\u2019 guides, and setup templates.
\nUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in scope & schedule
\nPerform risk management to minimize project risks
\nCreate and maintain comprehensive transitional documentation
\nPrepare and submit monthly reports to the Projects Manager, and update relevant tools and systems.
\nAnalysing project progress and solving problems
\nDesired Experience & Qualification
\n4 Year Tertiary qualification in IT, Commerce or equivalent
\nMS PROJECT EXPERIENCE OF AT LEAST 3 YEARS IS ESSENTIAL (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
\nProject Lead, must have strong customer service experience
\nMust have Project Management experience of at least 3 years
\nStrong customer service, looking after clients, giving support<\/p>\n
